Robert Lamb
Overview:
Robert Lamb joined NW Financial on August of 2024. Prior to joining NW, he founded Lamont Financial Services Corporation in 1987.
Mr. Lamb’s expertise lies in developing new financial products for clients by reconciling a variety of competing program, financial and administrative policy goals. He has been involved in tax-backed and revenue bond financings totaling approximately $220 billion, largely for infrastructure projects, clean energy, water/sewer, transportation, state revolving funds, governmental operations, housing, higher education and healthcare. He was also the developer of municipal pooling transactions that were highly rated, mostly AAA/Aaa. He also worked on several distressed credit solutions in pre-bankruptcy and during bankruptcy. In August of 2024, Lamont Financial merged with NW Financial.
Mr. Lamb recently served on the MSRB Board of Directors as a municipal advisor representative from 2010 – 2013, and was its Vice-Chair. He has worked with states, state agencies and municipalities to orchestrate taxable and tax-exempt public and private offerings within a wide spectrum of ratings, credits, structures and applications.
