Nicholas Wilechansky
Nicholas Wilechansky joined NW Financial in July 2015 and has since taken on a prominent role with the firm’s financial advisory team. Working alongside the company’s most skilled and experienced professionals, Mr. Wilechansky has gained significant experience in coordinating a wide array of municipal market transactions from inception to closing. These transactions include, but are not limited to, tax supported debt, water and sewer utilities, redevelopment projects and pooled loan programs. Mr. Wilechansky’s expertise includes knowledge of all facets of the competitive and negotiated underwriting process, the rating agency process, preparation of transaction related documentation and applications for submission to Federal/State agencies. He is highly proficient in the creation of financial models, including the creation of detailed outstanding debt models that assist our professionals to aid clients in the restructuring and/or modeling of new and existing debt.
Prior to joining NW Financial, Mr. Wilechansky developed his knowledge of financial markets while attending The College of New Jersey, where he achieved multiple Dean’s list designations.
