Brendan Hansen joined NW Financial as an intern in the summer of 2024 and transitioned to a full-time role in November 2024. In his position, Brendan provides comprehensive support to the firm’s lead bankers, specializing in quantitative analysis, debt structuring, and credit analysis.

He collaborates closely with the firm’s Redevelopment leadership, contributing to PILOT (Payment in Lieu of Taxes) analyses and billing operations. Brendan also conducts in-depth research on the fiscal impacts of residential redevelopment projects. His responsibilities include compiling historic municipal and school district budgets, extracting key financial data, and delivering insights that inform redevelopment strategies.
