    NW Financial Group is the managing member of the development team which joined together to convert a historic school into 18 residential market rate units.  The building will be rehabilitated in accordance with historic guidelines to conform to its original design, allowing some units 20-foot ceilings and others loft areas.  This undertaking involved a search for a private equity partner to invest in historic tax credits, it also required undertaking a $1.5 million loan from Provident Savings Bank as well as loans from the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency.

    As evidenced by our extensive housing finance and operations evaluation experience, combined with our recent work in providing management assessments in connection with a HUD Capital Pooled Leveraging Financing, we believe we should be selected as the provider of the required Management Assessment Reports for the Pineland Housing Authority.
