Jeffrey M. Enright, Senior Vice President joined NW Financial in February 2002, bringing his experience in investor relations, financial analysis and underwriting. Mr. Enright works closely with NW Financial’s clients entering the bond market, structuring transactions and assessing market movement & performance.
Prior to joining NW Financial, Mr. Enright sharpened his skills while working at Golin/Harris International, an investor relations consulting firm. Mr. Enright worked with buy and sell-side analysts and the financial media to improve analyst ratings, win approval for Mergers and Acquisitions and in disclosing material events. His clients included Fortune 500 companies, small companies seeking initial public offerings and foreign corporations listing in the United States. Prior to this, Mr. Enright served as an intern with Roosevelt & Cross assisting broker dealers on primary market activity and with NW Financial learning the basics of municipal finance.
Since starting with NW Financial in 2002, Mr. Enright has extensive experience in structuring new money, refunding and complete restructuring of debt for NW’s clients and bringing those issues to the market. Mr. Enright had worked extensively as both FA and Underwriter on a wide variety of transactions ranging from school boards to county authorities and state agencies. In particular, Mr. Enright has worked extensively in developing and securing funding for Conduit Bond and Lease pools which have been issued by Improvement Authorities in the Counties of Bergen, Gloucester, Hudson, Union and Morris and by the NJEFA.
Additionally, Mr. Enright has worked extensively with rate based public utilities in projecting and analyzing cash flows, detailing the impact of changes in rates and the effect of fluctuations in flow to the system, debt restructuring, and long-term budgeting inititves, as well as privatization inititives. He has provided in-depth analysis for the North Hudson Sewer Authority, Passaic Valley Water Commission, Gloucester County Utilities Authority; and the Salem County Improvement Authority.
